Phoebe is an Investment Director in the Whitehelm European equity team, focused on sourcing and executing deals in Europe and North America and is the lead asset manager for a number of current investments.  She has over 14 years’ experience as an infrastructure investor, prior to joining Whitehelm, Phoebe spent five years in the infrastructure team with Hastings Funds Management in Australia.

Phoebe is an Investment Director in the Whitehelm European equity team, focused on sourcing and executing deals in Europe and North America and is the lead asset manager for a number of current investments.  She has over 14 years’ experience as an infrastructure investor, prior to joining Whitehelm, Phoebe spent five years in the infrastructure team with Hastings Funds Management in Australia.

Phoebe current serves as the Chair of the Board of three city-wide fibre rollouts in California and Massachusetts, US.  She is also a Director on the Board of Connexin, a broadband and smart city business in the UK, and Storrun, a windfarm in Sweden.
