Ravi Mahatme
Ravi Mahatme is the Senior Director of Product at Celestial AI, where he leads product strategy and development across hardware, systems and software for next-generation AI infrastructure built on Celestial’s Photonic Fabric TM technology platform. His work focuses on solving data movement and scalability challenges in modern AI workloads.
Prior to joining Celestial AI, Ravi was part of the AWS SageMaker DeepEngines team, where he built foundational tools for distributed AI training and inference, including SageMaker Profiler.
Ravi spent over 17 years at Arm, transitioning from engineering to global product leadership roles. His experience spans semiconductor IP, high-performance CPU implementation, and NPUs—giving him deep insight into the full AI compute stack.
He has extensive experience working with customers across North America, Europe, and APAC.
Ravi holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a B.E. in Electronics from Mumbai University.
Masha Danilova
Masha Danilova is the AI/ML Portfolio Deputy Director at the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), where she drives technological innovation through AI/ML and data-driven solutions. Previously, she was a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow and co-founder of the U.S. Digital Corps, a technology fellowship focused on modernizing federal tech stacks. She also served as Senior Advisor to the AI Portfolio at the General Services Administration, scaling the AI Community of Practice to over 4000 members. Before her federal career, Masha held senior management roles at Wayfair and Procter & Gamble. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and an engineering degree from Purdue University.
Harsha Bojja
Harsha Bojja serves as a Principal AI Platform Architect at Microsoft, where he leads the design and development of AI systems and infrastructure. His expertise spans system performance optimization, availability modeling, and thermal management—critical for supporting large-scale training and inference clusters. Harsha’s career includes pivotal roles in AI/ML infrastructure and product development. His experience at Meta Platforms, Bell Labs, and cloud infrastructure startups has equipped him with deep technical insight and strategic vision. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, serves on the Industrial Advisory Board, and contributes to the OCP Rack and Power Steering Committee. Harsha has authored papers presented at IEEE, ASME, and ACEEE conferences, and actively contributes to the Open Compute Project community, reflecting his commitment to advancing scalable and secure AI infrastructure.
Alan Strong
Alan is co-founder and CCO of Agricarbon, a business dedicated to addressing the lack of ‘ground-truth’ data in quantifying soil carbon sequestration. Through direct soil sampling Agricarbon aims to scale the deployment of soil as a carbon sink, supporting the global transition to regenerative farming and a healthier planet.
